Candidate Screening

Recruiters can't call back every applicant before the good ones take another offer. Twenty2's assistant calls each applicant, checks location, experience, expected salary and notice period against your criteria, and shortlists the ones who fit.

  • Candidate screening
  • Criteria matching
  • Shortlisting
  • Blue-collar hiring

How it works

  1. Application received
  2. Screening call
  3. Shortlisted or declined

Interview Scheduling & Reminders

Interview no-shows waste hiring managers' time. Our assistant books slots that suit candidates, reminds them the day before, reconfirms on the morning and reschedules anyone who can't make it.

  • Interview scheduling
  • Reminders
  • Reconfirmation
  • No-show reduction

How it works

  1. Candidate shortlisted
  2. Slot booked

Offer Acceptance & Joining Confirmation

An accepted offer is not a joined employee, especially in high-volume hiring. Our assistant calls between offer and joining date, confirms the candidate is still coming, answers questions and flags anyone wavering so recruiters can step in before an offer dropout.

  • Offer confirmation
  • Joining confirmation
  • Drop-off alerts
  • Recruiter handover

How it works

  1. Offer accepted
  2. Pre-joining calls

  • KYC verification
  • Onboarding paperwork
  • Follow-ups

How it works

  1. Joiner has pending documents
  2. Follow-up calls
  3. Paperwork complete

Pulse Surveys & Exit Calls

Field and frontline staff rarely fill in online surveys. Our assistant calls them in their language, asks a short set of questions about work and pay, and runs structured exit calls, so HR hears what is really driving attrition.

  • Pulse surveys
  • Exit interviews
  • Attrition insights
  • Frontline voice

How it works

  1. Survey or exit scheduled
  2. Short voice survey
  3. Themes reported to HR

Gig & Field Worker Activation

Onboarded gig workers often never take their first shift. Our assistant calls to confirm availability, explains how to start, books the first shift and checks in afterwards, so more of the people you recruit actually go live. Shiprocket Quick uses Twenty2 for rider onboarding and KYC calls.

  • Worker activation
  • First-shift booking
  • Training calls
  • Availability checks

How it works

  1. Worker onboarded
  2. Activation call
  3. First shift booked

HR & People Success FAQs

Yes. That is where it helps most: high volumes, short screening criteria and candidates who prefer a phone call to a form. The assistant asks your questions in Hinglish or any of the 22 scheduled Indian languages and shortlists against the criteria you set.

Twenty2 charges by the minute: ₹8/min on the pay-as-you-go Go plan and from ₹4/min on Enterprise. A 2–3 minute screening call works out to roughly ₹8–24 per connected call (illustrative, before retries). Unused minutes roll over with no expiry.

Each call produces a transcript, summary and extracted answers. Results can sync to Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho, or to your ATS or HRMS through APIs, so recruiters see shortlisted candidates without re-entering anything.

Stay in touch between offer and joining. Twenty2 calls each candidate at set points before their joining date, confirms they are still coming, answers questions and flags anyone wavering, so recruiters can step in before the seat goes empty.
